Spares & Service
Our conveyor systems are reliable but if something does go wrong our fast and efficient Spares & Service Department will be able to help you. Although it is advisable for customers to carry some spares, (we can send you a list of essential spares for your system), all our conveyors are backed up by our comprehensive spares stock, quick delivery and fast breakdown response time.
We can also offer regular maintenance and service visits on all our systems or for added peace of mind we can provide a 'Service Contract' giving you fixed service costs over the year, (normally two services per year are enough), priority breakdown response and 5% discount for spares. General Spares available include:
Traklube High Temperature Conveyor Oil
Essential for keeping your system running smoothly and extending chain life. Working temperature up to 260°C. Available in 5ltr or 20ltr cans. The only oil we recommend for our chains.
Darina R2 High Temperature Grease
For systems operating at lower temperatures and without automatic lubricators. Working temperature up to 180°C. Available in 1kg cans.
Torque Limiter Friction Pads
All our drives are fitted with friction Torque Limiters for overload protection. The pads can wear and available as a replacement pair. 700M reference for '406' systems, 500M for all others.
Chain Connectors
Essential spare to quickly replace damaged links in the system. Includes links, rivets and bearings.
Transmission Parts
The transmission sprockets and chain between the gearbox and drive head-shaft can wear over time. Available from stock ready bored and keyed for quick changeover.
