The Omnitrak is a specially designed inverted bottle conveyor with a narrow pitch of 50mm for maximum product capacity. This system inculdes powered sprocket rotators to spin the bottles during the coating process. The bottles are sprayed with a unique type of glass coatings before being conveyed into an oven for curing. This type of bottle coating is becoming ever so popular due to its efficiency and cost saving benfits over producing coloured glass. This is the tenth bottle conveyor Midland have sold to Saint Gobain for this process. Saint Gobain also have 2 overhead chian conveyors at their piplines facility in Telford, UK. Read More
